Reservwire features an easy-to-use web interface dedicated to selling travel services and product to members of the public - either directly over the Internet or via your agents and affiliates. Incorporating sophisticated browse and search facilities, Reservwire pulls together live availability and pricing information from all your suppliers (via XML feeds) and merges results with those from your own contracts. Integrated results are presented to the user in a single, consistent display.
Reservwire stores and displays full information on each of your products. For hotels for example, you can show descriptions of each property and surrounding area, maps and travel directions and as many pictures as desired. Products are added to a shopping basket and paid for with a credit card upon checkout - in any currencies you choose to support. Unlike many other sites, Reservwire allows returning customers to cancel and amend their bookings online, without manual assistance from your reservation staff.
The web interface is completely rebrandable to your specification, and you can deploy extra versions for each of your affiliates to match their own look and feel, in any language desired. Throw in a few of the other features on offer such as customer reviews and customer vouchers and promotions, and you can create one of the most impressive travel sites around.
Inventory
Reservwire allows you to build your inventory in two powerful and complementary ways.
- Own product. You can contract directly with suppliers and store details of these contracts in Reservwire's own database. For each contract you can manage prices (in any currency) and room allocations across a range of room types, and store the release periods and cancellation conditions specific to each property.
- Third party product. As well as hosting your own contracts, you can quickly build a vast inventory by linking directly to third party suppliers and wholesalers via XML. Reservwire comes with built-in support for a range of XML suppliers and the list is growing all the time. We are happy to accommodate new suppliers on request.
Once you've built your product inventory, you have full control over how you set your prices. Sales mark-ups can be specified either as a fixed amount or percentage increase, and set individually for cities or particular products / properties if desired.

Reservwire allows your partners direct access to their bookings and data.
- Affiliates can access information on their bookings and run reports on sales and site usage.
- Agents can buy products at net rates, manage their bookings and track payments.
Supplier / hotelier interfaces
Hoteliers and other suppliers can log onto Reservwire to manage their own data and bookings. Suppliers can perform any the following tasks, subject to you configuring Reservwire to allow them to do so:
- Search and view their bookings
- Accept or reject automated booking requests generated by the system
- Update their property information as it appears on your website, such as property descriptions, travel directions, maps and images
- Update their pricing and / or availability information online
By providing direct access for suppliers to your system, Reservwire cuts out much of the day-to-day work traditionally performed by reservation staff via telephone, fax and email.
Internationalisation
Reservwire contains full support for internationalisation.
- Multi-language. You can translate your site into any language you choose, reaching as wide a range of customers as possible.
- Multi-currency. You can display product prices in any currency or currencies you desire, and take payments in any currencies supported by your payment services provider.
