Alex is passionate about making sure we solve real-world problems for our public sector and healthcare customers – often in fresh and innovative ways… With these organisations looking to technology to transform their operations, Alex brings an enviable blend of expertise. Over the last 15 years, he’s worked with government departments, the NHS, and private healthcare providers to design and implement intelligent digital solutions that make a positive difference for the people using them. He blends this knowledge of how to deliver successful digital programmes in government and health, with experience gained in a variety of commercial businesses, from startups to large enterprises. Alex is smart, inquisitive, willing to challenge the premise and creative in suggesting new approaches. This makes sure we’re doing the right thing, and doing it the right way, so that we achieve the results our customers need.

Meet the SpeakerRaam Chauhan-Train

Raam brings a broad skill set across delivery, product and technology. With a foundation in software development and experience as a tech lead, delivery lead and product owner, he adapts to what each project or team needs most. Raam thrives in shaping early-stage government services, where clarity, momentum and a focus on users and outcomes matter most. He’s applied his approach across more than ten government projects, as well as in sectors including banking, electricity markets and generative AI.
