Softwire has been recognised with five Bronze awards in the Financial Times Leading Management Consultants 2026 report, spanning key areas of technology, data, and delivery.
The annual ranking, produced by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, is based on recommendations from both consulting clients and industry peers.
For the 2026 report, thousands of consultants and their clients were invited to participate, resulting in 823 ratings across 169 consulting firms, covering 16 sectors and 15 specialist areas.
Softwire received Bronze recognition in the following categories:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Data Analytics & Big Data
- IT – Implementation
- Public & Social Sector
- Energy, Utilities & Environment
This recognition reflects Softwire’s continued investment in AI transformation and data-led services, helping organisations use modern technology responsibly and effectively, from intelligent automation and decision-support systems to scalable data platforms and AI-enabled products.
The awards also highlight Softwire’s growing impact in the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities, where the company supports complex, mission-critical programmes. This includes helping public bodies modernise legacy systems and improve citizen outcomes, as well as working with energy and utilities organisations to enable digital transformation, improve resilience, and support the transition to a more sustainable future.
This is Softwire’s strongest performance to date, improving on last year’s three awards. It also marks the company’s fifth consecutive year of recognition, having featured in the list every year from 2021 to 2026.
Andrew Thomas, CEO of Softwire, said:
“Being listed alongside global consultancies many times our size, especially in AI, really matters to us. It validates the investment we’ve made in AI and data capabilities, and shows that you don’t need huge scale to tackle the most demanding challenges in sectors like government, financial services and energy. I’m incredibly proud of our teams, and grateful to the clients whose recommendations made this recognition possible.”
