Joanna Cheng

Joanna is a Delivery Lead with experience across the public and private sectors, including with Channel 5, MHCLG, and Railpen. She previously a software developer, and now uses her technical background, organisational and people skills to enable teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Having joined Softwire’s graduate programme in 2019, she made the switch into delivery leadership when she realised the positive impact that this role brings to the people, within Softwire and their clients.

Within Softwire, Joanna helped set up and organises the Hypatia Network, and has been the been the musical director of the annual Pantomime for the past five years.

Outside of work, she likes to play in (and occasionally conduct) various amateur orchestras and musical theatre groups around London.
