With a proven track record in consulting and technology leadership, Ravi brings extensive experience from his previous role as Director at IBM Global Business Services, where he specialized in automotive and industrial transformation initiatives honing his expertise in driving innovation and operational excellence for global clients.

Holding an Executive MBA, Ravi is passionate about harnessing emerging technologies like AI to tackle complex business challenges and build scalable digital ecosystems. At Softwire, he focuses on empowering organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Beyond the boardroom, Ravi is a dedicated rugby advocate, having served as Chairman of Anselmians Rugby Club for three years—delivering a transformative £2.3m new clubhouse and grounds project—before being elected President to continue guiding the club’s future.
