Sean Judge

Sean is a Senior Delivery Principal based in the North of England, who’s enabled the delivery of some of the nation’s most used web and mobile apps.

He’s worked in Product, Delivery and Coaching roles delivering critical services for government, health services and the private sector. He’s led on digital transformation and enterprise agile coaching, and has overseen the development of applications with millions of users, for example NHS Login during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Recently Sean led a team for Transport for Greater Manchester, delivering a mobile app for the UK’s only authority-owned transport network outside of London. The TfGM app now supports over 140,000 users a day and has nearly 1 million downloads across the iOS and Android app stores. Sean’s also led on building up Softwire’s mobile capability to create a stronger value proposition for our customers alongside the internal capability to back it up.

Outside of work Sean, has a toddler (Atticus), and dogs Link (a Dalmatian) and Rose (a rescued greyhound that he fostered during the pandemic and then adopted). When he’s not with his family, you’ll find Sean doing some downhill mountain biking, or at the driving range learning how to play golf…so his young son doesn’t beat him as soon as he can swing a club.
