Global Gov Forum’s Innovation 26
Join Softwire at Innovation 26
Innovation 26 is the Global Government Forum’s flagship event for public sector leaders exploring how innovation can transform government services. Softwire is speaking this year, sharing practical insights on how to accelerate AI adoption safely without sacrificing accountability, transparency, or human judgment.
Being Safe Doesn’t Mean Going Slow: Accelerating AI Impact by Learning from Human Error
Errors already happen in public services because people work in complex systems under pressure, and mistakes are an inevitable part of that reality. AI doesn’t remove that risk, but it does change it, making mistakes faster and harder to spot.
In this session, Alex Wolff and Raam Chauhan-Train will share proven approaches to accelerating AI in government. Attendees will leave with practical tools to:
- Reduce administrative burden without losing professional judgement
- Apply practical methods to ensure accountability and transparency in AI-enabled public services
- Build systems that stay safe, contestable, and kind when things go wrong
