Callum is inherently curious about human behaviour. This sees him leave no stone unturned in his quest to discover what users of the digital products we’re building really need.
Inspired by those who help us understand decision-making in complex environments, Callum names Freakonomics co-author Stephen Dubner and Daniel Kahneman, winner of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences, as two of his favourite writers. His passion for behavioural science is one of the many reasons Callum loves his job. And our customers love working with him. One client product manager recently highlighted how Callum’s work enabled her to successfully articulate the case for change in her organisation. When he isn’t busy interviewing digital product users, Callum enjoys running and mountain climbing – two pastimes that are essential, he explains, to enable him to fully enjoy the fruits of his other big passion, which is cookery.
He also tells us he’s been on national television, but wouldn’t say what in… if you find out, we’d all like to know.
