As someone who believes passionately in creating and nurturing an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and able to enjoy themselves, this is one of Chris’s favourite quotes. “This is how you get people to do their most creative and productive work,” he adds.

Chris looks after a portfolio of Softwire projects, making sure our teams are happy and that we’re always delivering what our customers need. Clients benefit from his many years’ experience in technical, account management and programme management roles, including several years spent overseeing a large-scale digital transformation programme at a well-known financial services provider.

Away from work, Chris loves exploring the great outdoors with his family, getting his nose into a good book, or following the fortunes of Everton FC (though he admits this isn’t always a happy pastime).
