Rowan Hill

“My ideal superpower is to reach inbox zero with the flick of a wrist.”

A Cambridge computer science graduate, Rowan joined Softwire as a developer and amassed a huge amount of knowledge working on numerous roles and clients including Cisco and David Lloyd Leisure with a variety of technologies.

This makes Rowan perfect for Head of Project Delivery, where he puts his extensive knowledge to work overseeing multiple projects, delivering the best experience for our customers whilst simultaneously developing our people.

He was embedded as a ScrumMaster and developer in Cisco for a year and has been involved with David Lloyd since early 2013, first as a project manager and then providing project governance, helping build a close-knit, long-term partnership.

Rowan misses the day-to-day challenge of coding, so can often be found working on software projects in his spare time, as well as finding and managing pro bono projects for our interns.

His biggest claim to fame is giving Patrick Stewart a biscuit-themed t-shirt.
