Shivam Chandarana

Shiv is a Technical Lead and one of Softwire’s go-to consultants for Generative AI, helping organisations integrate AI into complex business workflows. Notably, he has helped AI technology company, AutogenAI, to prototype, design, and build an enterprise-level bid-writing tool.

With a background in full-stack engineering and DevOps, Shiv specialises in Python, TypeScript, Node, React, AWS, and Azure. Beyond technical requirements, he’s driven by a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring solutions solve real problems rather than just showcasing flashy features. This mindset shaped his work in the education sector, where he has led the development of an AI-powered exam content generation tool from prototype to production.

Shiv is also passionate about building positive team cultures that deliver outstanding work and happy teams. He created and delivered Softwire’s first internal GenAI training for new starters, helping upskill colleagues across the business.

In his spare time, he enjoys learning new crafts, locking himself in (escape) rooms and performing improv comedy – where quick thinking, collaboration, and a sense of humour come in just as handy as they do in tech!
