Chris describes his role overseeing our people and culture as his dream job – and it’s one he’s naturally suited for.
Throughout his time in development, delivery management and technical sales roles at Softwire, he’s always had a passion for making sure those around him are happy and motivated. This saw him play a leading role in promoting our culture of inclusivity, kindness, creativity and high standards – values he believes are key to attracting and retaining great people and great customers.
Chris is a big advocate of trusting and empowering our people, giving them the tools and responsibility to make their own decisions across all aspects of their jobs. He’s also a big believer in challenging people to continually stretch themselves to reach new heights in their careers.
When he isn’t busy nurturing a great working environment, Chris likes to entertain us at the office party with his secret talent: singing Christmas carols backwards.
