Hereward is a technical principal which makes him responsible for both the technical quality of what we build, and making sure you get exactly what you need.
He has led multiple redevelopment projects for David Lloyd – including their 2016 website relaunching – and consulted for Anthony Nolan.
He has a Masters in Engineering Science from Oxford and likes nothing more than removing awful legacy code.

Hereward loves Softwire because of the amount of time we dedicate to making it a good place to work. That and the lack of bureaucracy.
When not re-engineering (destroying) legacy code he can be found playing double bass for LGSO, playing Factorio and running.
